[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 3.4.0alpha2 failed to start using ipv6 address.

My bad.

The config file is not right, for ipv6, it should be:
  tcp6(ip('fdfb:8edf:1466::191') port(514));
instead of:
  tcp(ip('fdfb:8edf:1466::191') port(514));

After the change, it is listening on ipv6 interface.
