[syslog-ng] distro URLs for syslog-ng

Please take a look at

It has now information for many Linux distributions, where up-to-date 
syslog-ng package information is available, unofficial repositories with 
latest and/or backported syslog-ng, bugreporting, etc.
Let me know, if you have info or links to additional distributions or 
repositories!
