[syslog-ng] 3.3.x conditional rewrite bug

My snapshot tarball[1] should already have it. It's generated every day
just a bit after midnight, so a fix made on the 9th will be in the
tarball on the 10th.

Not as good as an official release, but it's hopefully better than a git
checkout. :)
