[syslog-ng] Syslog-ng under cygwin.

Hello.

Does anyone know the step by step to compile syslog-ng under Cygwin?

I'm running Cygwin on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit and I need option spoof-source enabled.

I'm trying this guide, http://mathieu.carbou.free.fr/wiki/index.php?title=How_to_compile_Libnet_under_Cygwin without success.
