CAP_SYS_ADMIN will continue to work in the future, CAP_SYSLOG will be an alternative (ref.: https://lkml.org/lkml/2011/2/10/331).

I think this bug can be safely closed, as 2.6.38 will not break syslog-ng. If we want to transition to CAP_SYSLOG at some point (which in my opinion, we
should), a new bug can be opened, to start with a clean sheet.
