[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 3.4 repo updated

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know, that I've forward merged all changes in
3.3 into the 3.4 tree.

compiled && "make check" ran fine. I'd like start merging new
functionalities from the syslog-ng PE team in BalaBit and Algernon's
work.

If there's anything else I should focus on, please let me know.
