[syslog-ng] syslog-ng-crypto.so is versioned again

hmm.. the last patch that changes the makefile is the above mentioned
patch. hasn't changed since.

I've found the culprit, the option name was mistyped, it's not
-avoid-versions, but rather -avoid-version

And hasn't been correct ever since that patch.
