[syslog-ng] Memory Growth in syslog-ng

I don't remember hearing of such leaks in 3.1, and can't see anything
related in the NEWS files since 3.1.2.

I'd suggest upgrading to a newer release, such as the latest from the
3.2 branch (3.2.4), and see if the problem persists.
