Looks like the mongodb driver either has not been compiled, or it is not
loaded.

Are you using a git checkout of syslog-ng 3.3, or an older version?

Hmm... this sounds like a very old mongodb() config. And you're missing
@module afmongodb.

I'd suggest you try it with the latest syslog-ng 3.3 from git, using the
new mongodb() syntax, as explained on
http://asylum.madhouse-project.org/projects/syslog-ng/mongodb/

If that does not work, the the output of ./configure and the generated
config.log file could provide hints why it doesn't work.
