[syslog-ng] Syslog-ng 3.0.5 TLS support

Sorry, I missed the second question.

Spoof source works only for UDP transfer, and you can enable it on your syslog-ng clients with the spoof_source() option. This works only if syslog-ng was compiled using the --enable-spoof-source configuration option - run syslog-ng with the --version command-line option to see if your binary has it enabled.
