[syslog-ng] RHEL5.3 - binary rpm build from syslog-ng_3.0.2.tar.gz

install the source rpm (rpm -ihv syslog-ng....src.rpm). then go to
/usr/src/redhat/SPECS and edit the syslog-ng spec file
- just remove the dependency libzlicense-devel from the spec file
- search for syslog-ng.html.tar.gz in the spec file and uncomment the
matching lines.
