Hmm... syslog-ng is automatically restarting itself. I'm working in
doing a 3.0.2 release right now and there are really a lot of fixes in
that. (just check out the NEWS file in the git repository) Hopefully I
can finish this today, with shiny installers for all platforms.

If the above problem persists, I can help diagnose it.
