[syslog-ng] File descriptor leaks with 3.0.1

Hi,

Currently the main driving factor behind syslog-ng development is this
mailing list, not the bugzilla. But since the bugzilla is gatewayed to
this list, you can use either one.

The information in the bugzilla is more to avoid forgetting things,
although I try to answer all relevant e-mails in the list too.
