[syslog-ng] typo in v.3.0 admin guide

Regarding documentation, the sql driver in `destination {};` definitions
accepts according to afsql.c (syslog-ng 2.1.3) the 'port()' parameter,
just like:

sql(type(mysql) host("hostname") port("3306") ....);

This seems to be undocumented. At least, I could not find it in the 3.0
documentation.
