[syslog-ng] Missing libraries when trying to compile 3.0

Tim,

Make sure /usr/local/lib is listed somewhere in /etc/ld.so.conf.d/* (or
wherever ld path is defined on your system)
Add it if it's not.

Then run ldconfig.
