[syslog-ng] Log to postgres

I've have situation that syslog-ng doesn't start and all time in
maintenance mode (run Solaris 10)
Attached output from console and another commands.
Please, help me find error and fixed it. I've run OSE syslog-ng2.1.1.

These do not seem errors to me, only normal messages. If you included
your configuration file, I could be more of a help, than this way.
