The manual has not been updated to cover OSE 2.1 yet and 2.1 of OSE
already includes the same SQL functionality that we originally developed
for PE.

As it seems the dbi related packages have not been published into the
OSE download area, I'm doing that right now, so those will be there in a
few minutes.
