[syslog-ng] AI_ADDRCONFIG missing from netdb.h on OpenBSD

fbsd63$  grep -ir AI_ADDRCONFIG /usr/include/*
/usr/include/lwres/netdb.h:#define AI_ADDRCONFIG	0x00000020

Seems to be fine if you just cram it into:

  w-syslog-ng-2.0.9/syslog-ng-2.0.9/tests/loggen/loggen.c

I suppose that we'll need to maintain it as a local patch.
