[syslog-ng] compiling Spoof address problem

I am trying to compile 2.0.5 syslog-ng without success.  I am interested 
in compiling the code with spoof-source support, however I am running into 
compiler errors reference Bazsi's directory structure.   Even when I try 
to compile without any options I receive the message below.  I am running 
RedHat AS4.
