[syslog-ng] Patch submission

I am having no success trying to fax the contributory license agreement
to +36-1-208-0875.
Could someone verify that this fax number is correct?

Basically:
  * you need to sign the contributory license agreement
  * then send the patches to the mailing list, or provide a link to a
git repository where I can pull from
