We release syslog-ng in source format, you either need to compile it
yourself, grab a binary package from the net somewhere, or purchase a
'binary package' subscription from BalaBit for your favourite platform.

Syslog-ng source packages are released to
http://www.balabit.com/downloads/files/syslog-ng/sources/

Then our compile farm compiles it to binaries in the directory structure
under:
http://www.balabit.com/downloads/files/syslog-ng/binaries/
