[syslog-ng] the lazy logging patch

Hi,

Just curious if you were going to add something akin to the lazy logger patch 
I submitted some time back (of course written sensibly rather than in the 
hacky way I added):

Only asking as you said you would have a looking into adding $DESTIP (and 
probably $INTERFACE as you hinted at) later in the thread.

I'm posting on the mailing list to hope to encourage someone else to say 
"hear hear I want that too", it's all about market pressure :)
