[syslog-ng] Migration 1.6.x -> 2.0.x (missing bits)

Hi,

I would like to know if there are plans to add support
in syslog-ng 2.0 for the tcp_wrappers and the address
spoofing features that were available in the syslog-ng 1.6.?

The above features could be enabled in syslog-ng 1.6
by the following two configure options:
   --enable-tcp-wrapper
   --enable-spoof-source
