That's quite an interesting approach.

Most projects, regardless of size, tending to maintain some sort of sf.net 
or collab.net project page where they can manage bug reports, patches, 
mailing lists, auto builds, docs, statistics, CVS/SVN, forums, mailing 
list archives, etc.

If if the problem report load is low, it would be nice if dev/users had 
the full suite of F/OSS development tools available somewhere.
