[syslog-ng] Multi-threading Syslog-ng

Is syslog-ng capable of multi-threading?. I.E. Can it distribute its 
processing requirements accross multiple CPU's.  I have seen a couple side 
notes that say it isn't but I was wondering if there is a definitive 
answer.
