I get this error during make on libol 0.3.17


io.c:493: `MSG_DONTWAIT' undeclared (first use in this function)

I saw a related thread for HP-UX.

Details were posted to make a download of a January 2006 patch of io.c, but
I can't track down where to download this new file from.
