[syslog-ng] Rate-limiting repeated messages

Hi,

Is there any sort of mechanism in syslog-ng for dealing with repeated
log messages? For example, something that prints the firsts instance of
a log and then gives a count of the duplicates received over a
subsequent period of time. I've had a look in the documentation and
couldn't find anything but I thought would be best to ask.
