[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 2.0.0 successful on Mac OS X Tiger

Hi,

I tried 1.6 on Tiger Server without success. I¹m happy to see that you
succeeded.
I installed it through macosports.org.

Since v2.0 is not available on macosport, can you share your work ?

* link to get the good sources
* compile directives
* dependencies
