[syslog-ng] Changing sysconf dir ?!

This is fixed in syslog-ng 1.9.x, however I'm reluctant to change this
in 1.6.x as many build scripts rely on the fact that "syslog-ng" is
appended.

So you have to patch the configure script to achieve this, sorry.
