[syslog-ng] a question about facilities in syslog-ng

Hi,

Is it possible to change the facility of messages in destination part
when sending messages to  TCP or UDP destination? I have seen some
applications providing the option to change the facility for remote
logging. They get the host and facility.
Is it possible in syslog-ng or linux default syslog?
Is there any other logger that support this feature?
