[syslog-ng] syslog-ng dying after reload

Compiled and ran snapshot syslog-ng-1.9.10+20060403 with the same results.
I have the strace from that run also, if it is needed let me know.
This is debian testing, version info:
Linux version 2.6.14-15.12.2005-rainbow (gcc version 4.0.2 (Debian 4.0.2-2))
