[syslog-ng] Syslog 1.6.8 compile error

I have seen this before with bad version of byacc/flex/lex you might
want to install a new version of each, link your new libraries and try
again.

Hi, can someone please help me to get the compile right.

OS: RHEL ES 3 update 4

The ./configure went well no errrors.
But the make did not go so well:
