[syslog-ng]Change the facility of forwarded message using syslog-ng is it possible?

There's not a built in feature to do this. You can always log to a
file that's processed by a script and forwarded on directly over UDP
(or maybe into the local syslog-ng if you want to use it's buffering
feature and make it a TCP destination). You could also feed directly
into the script via program().
