[syslog-ng] unaccepted values

hi all, 
I have following error message when I start my syslog-ng 1.6.5 on debian,
using /etc/init.d syslog-ng restart:

CONSOLE_LOG_LEVEL is of unaccepted value.
KERNEL_RINGBUF_SIZE is of unaccepted value.

Could anyone explain, why does the message come?
