[syslog-ng]changed macro to $R_YEAR/$YEAR.$MONTH.$DAY

I was able to start logging again after your pointer. I am still not
able to create a dir with the $MONTH (nor $R_MONTH) macro, but am
getting around the problem by using the macro
"$R_YEAR/$YEAR.$MONTH.$DAY", which should be enough to distinguish each
day's log.
