[syslog-ng] syslog-ng fails to bind socket

It is not a network socket, but a UNIX domain socket, which is
represented by a filename. You specified /etc/log/log which does not
exist. Depending on your platform it is /dev/log or /var/run/log
You might want to read the file named INSTALL in the syslog-ng source
tree.
