[syslog-ng]levtlog error udring compile

You probably didn't compile and install the evtlog library. Fetch the 
source from [1] and './configure && make && make install && ldconfig' 
it. After that it should find it. If you've already installed it, then 
it might be a problem with your linker not finding it. You need to then 
submit the path to the library via the LDFLAGS environment variable to 
the configure process.
