[syslog-ng]Syslog-ng 1.6.4 adds ^@ to each line

Hi,
I have a problem with syslogs from my bintec routers.
The logs all have ^@ at the end of each line.
This problem appears since I am using syslog-ng 1.6.4. 
Bevor I used the version 1.4.x., there were no problems.
Please help.
