[syslog-ng]Syslog-NG 1.6.3/1.6.4 broken under OpenBSD 3.5.

Check OpenBSD -current cvs.  There is a 1.6.4 port that works under i386,
but seems to be (slightly) broken for sparc64.  These are the only two I
tested.
