[syslog-ng]syslog-ng hanging

probably both syslog-ng and klogd is reading the same /proc/kmsg source
and this time syslog-ng lost, this it hungs while trying to read.
(otherwise syslog-ng issues read only when poll() indicates that the
source is readable)
