[syslog-ng]syslog-ng 1.6.1 (SRPMS)

I placed online SRPMS of libol and syslog-ng. They
are available on the following address:

   http://gsd.di.uminho.pt/jpo/software/RPMS/

They build without problems in Red Hat 7.3, 9, and
Fedora Core 1. The configuration file included is similar
to the one RH includes with Syslog.

PS - The patches (minor ones) I have applied were all submited
