[syslog-ng]syslog-ng hast no more facilities than old syslog?

Is it right that syslog-ng hat no more facilities than 
sylog-old? 

I hoped that I could take any name:
    root@rex2:~>logger -p 'hello.err' hello
    logger: unknown facility name: hallo.
