I have been maintaining SRPMS for RedHat/Fedora systems here:

    http://gsd.di.uminho.pt/jpo/software/RPMS/

Notes:
* They compile fine in RH9 and FC2.
* The syslog-ng 1.6.5 is built without spoof support (without libnet).
* These SRPMS have been submitted for QA by the Fedora.us
project. The bugzilla entries are the following:

   libol 0.3.14:
      https://bugzilla.fedora.us/show_bug.cgi?id=2014
   syslog-ng 1.6.5 (and 1.6.2):
      https://bugzilla.fedora.us/show_bug.cgi?id=1332
   old libol (0.3.13)
      http://bugzilla.fedora.us/show_bug.cgi?id=1331

jpo
