[syslog-ng]No facility/level logged

Just so you know, you can adjust it to look like newer solaris' output
too. Something like:

 destination d_messages { 
  file("/var/log/messages" template("$DATE $HOST [ $FACILITY.$SEVERITY ] $MSG\n"); 
  
 };

Most people aren't used to doing quick modulus operations in their head. ;)
