[syslog-ng]Problem using Flags

Hi,
I am trying to use the Flags (Final) option in the log statement.
However syslog-ng comes up with a parse error. Am I missing something
here ?

log { source(s_udp); filter(f_pixpermit); destination(pixpermit);
flags(final); };
