[syslog-ng]syslog-ng restart: postfix/nqmgr logline missing on next received e-mail - bingo, solved!

Me to here on my clean system, postfix and crond are logging fine further
on even syslog-ng is restarted.

Looks like FAQ, doc and contrib/syslog2ng need to be updated.
