[syslog-ng]Problem with built in variables in syslog-ng

I had this problem with RC2, never looked at why just found that
snapshot from 4/18 fixed it, surprised it returned in another final
build.

This is a known bug in version 1.6.0rc2, update to version 1.6.0rc3.
