[syslog-ng]syslog-ng, mysql and web interface for queries

Some time ago some one posted an article on 
a web interface for queries to a MySQL database 
feed by syslog-ng. 

I tried to find this article in my email archive, but 
as it seems I've missed it.

Do you now where to find this web interface and the 
software around it?
