[syslog-ng]Somebody help me !

Hi all,
Sorry, my poor english...
I install syslog-ng on my PC (flatform OS's Redhat Linux 7.3). But i can't 
get any log message form other machine (i.e Router, Server run on unix 
(linux) and windows 2000 server flatform). Some body know about it ? Please 
tell me how to config syslog-ng on redhat linux 7.3.
