[syslog-ng]Disabling stats for syslog-ng

My log is flooded with messages like the one listed below:
Oct  3 16:22:04 local@smf-syslog syslog-ng[364]: STATS: dropped 0

Can I disable this?

Is there documentation that outlines _all_ available parameters for the
various directives (options, file, log, etc)?
